Before, during, after: how your trip is looked after

Booking online doesn't mean travelling alone: what happens once your booking is confirmed.
Booking a trip online doesn't mean being left to fend for yourself once payment goes through. Three moments structure the support behind a booking, from the first click to your return home.
Before departure, the booking confirmation arrives by email with all the useful documents (reference, trip details, terms), and stays available at any time from the client area, under "My bookings". Any question about luggage, formalities or timing can be asked directly via WhatsApp, without going through a form or a phone queue.
During the trip, the booking reference (in the GO-XXXXX format) serves as a single point of reference for any request: it is asked for by the accommodation, the airline or customer service whenever needed, sparing you from re-explaining the whole file each time.
After the return, the client area keeps the full history of booked trips, useful for finding an invoice or leaving a review of the experience. It is also the fastest channel for a late question (invoice, supporting document) to get an answer.
This does not replace on-the-ground support from a local professional (as with escorted tours, which include a French-speaking guide from the first day to the last), but it does guarantee that no booking is ever left without someone to reach.
